Welcome!

Welcome to my new blog!

I started this blog because I discovered my favorite way of cooking, but it took a lot of work figuring out what to make each week - time I would rather not spend on meal preparation.

I thought if I did the work anyway, I might as well share with you!

I will post meal plans consisting of 7 days' worth of meals, the recipes, the grocery list, and photos/directions about how to prepare the meals.  Generally speaking, you will need a Sharpie pen, gallon-size plastic storage bags (such as Ziploc), a knife and cutting board.

Check out the links at the top to see the menu plans, grocery lists, and recipes with instructions for packaging.  Post comments if you need help with anything.
